Lake of the Ozarks Real Estate Agent

I came to real estate as a second career, having worked as a commercial lines auditor in the insurance industry for 15 years.   I draw from that experience an eye for detail as well as an ability to tenaciously negotiate to secure a desirable and viable agreement.

As a long time computer enthusiast, it’s a pleasure for me to keep abreast of new and dynamic internet marketing trends.   And so, whether clients are house-hunting long distance, or looking for someone who knows how to best make use of the internet for selling their home or business; I know how to work ‘outside of the box’ to best represent their interests.

One of the best pieces of advice I received early on in my real estate career was to ask myself at the end of each day if I had done my very best to serve the needs and interests of my clients.

That is the bar I use to measure my success as a real estate agent.  And lucky for me,  that attitude has helped me to earn a living – even during the most challenging of markets.

In addition to selling real estate, Melody Anderson further serves the community with her non-denominational wedding ministry at the Lake of the Ozarks.   She considers it a privilege to be part of some of the most pivotal moments and celebrations in peoples’ lives; and as with real estate, she is careful and appreciative of  the trust that people place in her.
